Insulin and carb type/timing

Alright so I'm in an off season phase to grow for the next 30 weeks or so getting ready to compete. I just picked up some humalog to add to my off-season and plan to run it pre workout.

I'm trying ro figure out how carbs will effect it. I'm trying to incorporate it into my existing diet already but wanting to make sure my peri workout nutrition will be enough to feed it.

Right now my pre workout meal is 90 minutes pre ans is normally a faster carb. Normally instant oatmeal, cream of wheat, or cream of rice wirh a little fructose from banana. I get 30g Whey and 80g carbs. I take 5iu GH 30 min pre.

My Intra drink currently is 25g EAA, 20g dextrose, 5g creatine, 2g salt.

Post workout is 30g whey and 100g carbs normally through cereal or something fast and slightly sugary. I could also opt for dextrose here.

Will the carb types and timing I'm already using be enough to feed humalog pre workout? Maybe start slin small to account for my low dextrose Intra, and add carbs through my Intra shake as I add calories in and increase my slin dosage to match that?

Trying to optimize carb timing wirhout adding all these special shakes
