How to mix/dose my magnesium

Have a kilo of True Nutrition magnesium and have been trying to dose it daily but the taste when mixed into most liquids is brutal. Anyone have a trick to downing a serving of powdered mag? I was debating using parachutes for now and eventually picking up some gelatin caps to fill but that's about the best of my ideas currently.

I would just cap it but to be honest i would just chunk it and by it already capped.
capping takes times and magnesium is pretty cheap to buy.

Magnesium seems to hate my stomach.
