How To Deadlift

I use Sumo and my lift went up at least 15%-20% compare to conventional. However, I know a lot of people that train using Sumo but compete using conventional. I guess is preference plus body composition.

Deadlifts Is Not Suitable for Me

Deadlifts have never built any appreciable amount of muscle on anyone. Not only does it not build muscle mass, but it's also just too risky to do.

Yo, bro, let me break it down for you – deadlifting is like the MVP of bodybuilding, no doubt. It hits all the sweet spots, from your back and hammies to your glutes and core, giving you that full-body pump. I'm talking gains, gains, gains! Deadlifts ain't just about looking swole; they're like the secret sauce for getting strong AF.

When you're pulling heavy weight off the ground, you're not just working on those biceps – you're hitting everything, making those muscles grow like crazy. It's not just about the mirror gains either; deadlifting improves your everyday strength and even sorts out your posture game.

So, if you're skipping deadlift day, bro, you're missing out on the main event. Throw those plates on, lift heavy, and watch your body thank you with some serious gains.
