Hgh And Igf

if your taking both im doing 2 ius hgh and 40mcg igf when would you take each of these products im thinking for sure igf pwo but not really sure about the hgh any input would be great also i work out like around 3pm so i do my igf around 4ish

im doing 3iu's of gh twice a day and 60mcg's of igf a day. i take the gh in the morning before work and before bed, and the ifg pwo. some people will tell you not to do it before bed and others will tell you to do it but i could care less because its the only time i can take it being as busy as i am.
