Help with weight drop

I'm 51, 6'3", 325lbs.
Other than an old man gut I'm in decent shape. I Cardio 5-6 days a week. Strength train with bands 3-4 days a week.
I focus on a lower carb diet, I'm decent at it but not great. Work and travel make it difficult plus I like to drink beer and whiskey.
I have lost from 365# in the last 6 months but have hit a plateau.
I cruise on 275 MG of sust a week.

I get drug screens at work (random). It's there anything I can use to push weight loss?

Id like to cycle sust and prim but id like to get below 300 before.
Thanks,
Hauss

See a doctor and get some phentermine.
Focus more on your diet. Weight loss comes from diet more than workouts.
Basically, you can't out cardio a shitty diet.

You have done good so far so just continue.

^ Agree 100% here.

You will be healthier all the way around sub-300 and exercising regularly.
No weights, just bands?
I lifted very heavy through high school, college and after. Did a lot of damage especially to elbows.
If I lift free weights I develop severe tendinitis almost instantly. I haven't used weights in over 5 years.

I've cut back on beer significantly. Switched to shipping whiskey.
I take clients out almost daily for meals. Drinking is almost always a part of that.

I was thinking of trying the peptide AOD 9604.
this is me 20 pounds ago.

Drop the alcohol if your serious about losing weight, it will make a huge difference in your ability to burn fat.
Maybe or maybe not

depends how you approach it

last time I competed I was sliced to ribbons and I was still drinking 3 or 4 light beers and 2 glasses of red wine every single night

I just didn’t eat carbs and hell yeah I did my cardio

now when I was 3 or 4 weeks out I was drinking miller64 and bud 55, like the super light beers. But the other weeks it was ultra, coors light, Miller lite, etc.

For me it was a matter of preferring having a serving of beer instead of a serving of rice or a potato

T3 with Clen if you can tolerate it

not really sure if enough legit solid evidence will support the peptide AOD (?)

I thought about clen but wasn't sure if it would show on a standard drug test.
I'm going to try the AOD won't be the first pep I've run. Read quite a bit on it.

I seriously doubt Clen would be a part of any drug test unless your an Olympic athlete. Clen is not an approved drug for prescription or for sale in the USA and it’s not a controlled substance

that being said t3 and Clen are widely used and dramatically effective

stack your AOD with that and you could be going somewhere

regardless ….. a lot of cardio and sweating with as low a carb diet as you can tolerate is what truly will shred off the extra weight

I appreciate the advice. Cardio is pretty good. 3 to 5 miles 4 days a week on
Elliptical. 7 to 15 Friday thru Sunday on bike. The only carbs I really ingest is beer and whiskey.
I'll give it a try. Thanks
