Assuming you are talking about the HCG diet?
If I remember right its like 125iu 6 days a week and 500 calories a day.

I think you can find better options than this diet.

I think she should get on a good diet, exercise and use some Adipex instead.
It will assist with the fat burn, keep her appetite under control too.

I beg to differ. My wife has been on hcg for a week now and she is constantly hot (usually cold). This tells me her thermo level is higher than before.

To the other comment, I think you meant 125mg not 125iu, that would be a load of hcg. As for my wife, I have her taking 500mg hcg ED and it seems to be working. She sweats sitting down doing nothing!

HCG diet is a fucking scam. You could get more results from a female running 1-1.5iu HGH per day.
