I'm just that good at 62. lol! Moving forward in reverse. :)

Keep trying to get motivated...ugh, I'm stuck to the easy chair binge-watching seasons of Shark Tank, Twilight Zone, 24, SUV, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, etc...The only character that gives me any inspiration is Nacho from Saul, but he's gone now. Damnit to H3ll!!!

Thanks, TenMan

After seeing the pictures you posted it’s easy to believe you have been stuck to the easy chair.

you are soft like a baby and sloppy fat

have not touched a weight since 2005?

but you are hanging out here on OLM

I’m guessing then you are on TRT and like the forum

that’s all cool, it’s a great forum

Maybe this post was a cry out for help for somebody to call you out to get your ass in gear

Kevin levrone made an Olympian comeback only 10 years younger than you

come on Man

or …. Come on TenMan

^^ my apologies to all. I was out of line.

just seems like you need a butt kickin’ to get yourself in motion. But I came across harsh and rude. Again, my apologies.

Now give the old bastard some compliments! You spend 15 straight years in the recliner watching netflix and never touching a weight and I bet your tri's wouldnt look that good.

Don't worry about it. I thought that I was doing "OK" for my situation. I was a local competitive BB'er in the early 2000's, but I recoil at the thought of that life style again, but just a few days a week might be doable.

Some of the best physiques at my gym are guys in their 50s. They BLOW away the vast majority of twenty and thirty year olds who really have no clue what their doing but keep on doing it day in and day out.

...looking for redemption...lol. Pictures of pictures never turn out to well, but this was the best shape of my life at age 44; you know, the glory days.😁

Look great! What was the reason you hung it up?
A series of very unfortunate events. I did the Junior Michigan in 2005 and got beaten badly, the guys that showed up looked like semi-pro's. I placed miserably and sunk into a bad depression. Later that year I blew the disc at L4-L5...then L4-L3...then L3-L2. So, three (3) lumbar fusions later, and both hips replaced in the same year, after that, ulnar nerve release surgery in my left elbow. lol. Basically, degenerative disc disease and also being eaten alive by osteoarthritis. Right now, L5-S1 is collapsing and I'm looking at it being fused sometime next year. But that's OK, you'd never know, there isn't really anything that I can't do, motivation is the real problem. I've been fooling around in the basement with dumbbells, but I just can't seem to find the groove. Mack gave me a good tongue-lashing and a bit of motivation.😊. Maybe I'll give it a go again... Maybe. lol.
Thanks TenMan
