Finally, some familiar names!

In 2014, I left the boards. I lost everything a decade ago this year. My handle was always Bubba (no numbers). I spent the last few weeks scouring the internet in search of a place I used to frequent. Somehow I stumbled upon this board and saw the Grizz memorial. When I knew absolutely nothing pertaining to these forums, Grizz showed me the ropes. I'm forever grateful for him as well as many others I met along the way.

I was mostly active on TSC & SA (The Source Check/Source Authority). I guess my lifetime membership to both of those boards expired ;)
Names I recognize on this board are mostly from UM (United Muscle). I was VIP there along with a few others.

I shutdown my own endocrine system temporarily in my 20's by severely overtraining during massive weight cuts for years. I impulsively treated myself because doctors wouldn't even consider hormone therapy back then. My hormone levels were similar to a chemically castrated man. My lifestyle would only tolerate so many office visits without any solutions.

Life is good these days but my actions then have now caught up to me. My Total/Free T are back in the gutter, and I still live a very physically demanding life.

Simply put, I'm back!

My question now is what's up with all this Sub-Q nonsense I see across some forums? Lol I clearly have a lot of catching up to do but that method surprised me the most after being absent this long. Regardless of any truth to this, I picked up a few hundred 23 gauges to get this party started

Soon to be 35. I joined the forums at 20 because I was desperate.

Total T fluctuated between 80 and 90

Ran test E for almost 5 years. I was a science major so everything about this was right down my alley. Bloodwork thru PrivateMD (if they still exist) every 4-5 months, so I have a good understanding how I react to each compound.

I was training before my balls dropped so my nutrition and work ethic were dialed early on. I find it sad and pathetic all these 20 year old's across the web jump on gear before they have a clue how their body works.

Right now my Free T is at 8. My Total is slightly above 300. I sit around 220 lbs with abs. Shitty hormones don't justify a sloppy body. I'm going into this for longevity and wellbeing. But it will be nice not to feel sore 24/7 because my recovery is poor. I'm also a firm believer in that most negative side effects experienced by exogenous hormones are due to someone's body composition, diet, and training. (dose dependent of course)

Get some Boron, and take 6mg/day. Then retest to see what your Free T is at.

At legit trt doses people are sub qing like 10mg a day. Less peaks and troughs. 23 gauge is drawing pins know. Been using a 27 gauge half inch for years. These aint the days when we used redijects with the harpoon any ore. And private md is around and usually has 10-15% coupon codes

I've been on trt , normal injects and after trial and error and bouncing back and forth i am on 130mgs every 4 days. My levels were between 900 and 1100 when on.

I came off for a time sue to Fertility and dropped as low as 85. I feel your pain. It sucks. Good luck

Thank you. This gives me a good starting to point. Eventually, I want to maintain similar levels

Now that I am back on a normal dose I'm feeling better after only two weeks ( outside of being an emotional shit show because of a pending divorce).

I've known people higher and lower dosages but this is a good spot for me being 170lbs at 5'5.

True trt dosing works for subq. I dose daily with a slin pin .20 40mg just bumped up from .15 30mg
May not work for everyone but I haven’t used anything bigger than a slin pin in 3-4yrs

It's not nonsense at all during a cruise or trt. I use 30 gauge needles and backfill them and believe me I've used 18 gauge before so it's not a pain tolerance thing it's a hormone balancing deal for me and it works fantastically. During a blast I go intramuscular due to the volume I use.

Good to know. Thanks! I will give Sub-Q a chance down the line

I don't remember you, I joined in 2014 though. Welcome back! I would love to hit this board more often, but FB takes up most of my time. : )

Thanks, TenMan

Yep that's right around the time I left, but it's nice to meet another guy who's been around for a while. I appreciate the knowledge from vets!

I was also mostly active on the source check and source authority. I know not everyone was fond of those boards especially since they were subscription based. But that lead me to United Muscle... loved that board because of the people there.
