Her diet is on. She does cardio once a day and trains again at night. I let my source know what's up just incase he sent me something else. I got accordo 10mg var. she took one a day then 2 a day for one month. I'm thinking maybe some arimadex for the water weight.

Var does tend to cause some water retention in women. But it is through increased muscle glycogen storage and sodium reabsorption, so reducing estrogen won't help. A diuretic like hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) would.

Yea I wouldn't worry about the water weight until about two weeks after the cycle it should fall right off . watch her sodium intake .

Exemestane is a great choice for anti-e. If she couples that with a low dose Mast E or P (has SOME anti-e properties/abilities to it) she will get cut like no other.
