EQ and Nutrition ? for PCT

I'm in week 15 of 200mg test e, and 400EQ. I was gonna go for 20 weeks but going to stop at 16(unless you guys think recovery won't be any different at 20). Half life of Und ester is 7 days if i read correctly, so I should stop the EQ 1 week before stoping the test?

Running the pinned PCT protocol.
I've been going at small calorie deficit the entire time(well for most part). Throughout PCT should I increase calories to maintenance or slightly above?
My diet has been low carb, high fat, moderate protein. Thinking I should slowly add back in carbs and lower fats before.

Any thoughts, suggestions or advice appreciated.

You just commented on my picture last week in Jer's contest . :cool: and goal is to go through pct without gaining fat back (the calorie question) and to stop the EQ at the appropriate time(compared to the test). Maybe I didn't word my questions well, don't see how pic/stats/goals make any difference in the answers I'm seeking... from conning off a bulk I would keep calories high during pct but didn't know if it was smart to do the same conning off a long cut.

Maintenance 2 weeks. Check weight and bf% if you can then adjust depending on those factors would be the best bet. I don't know what your p% c% f% is you are running so its hard to be more specific.

You going to do a true pct or trt? Eq stays in the system a long time. 200mg is a trt dose would hurt to run it an extra 3-4 weeks to make sure the eq is out of your system. Then after the last test shot hcg for three weeks then the clomid and nolva for four weeks.

Thanks for response guys. Already into PCT though. I am running the pinned protocol of clomid 4 weeks and nolva 6 weeks.

My diet during the cut was keto so I did my bodyweight in protein and rest i got from fats. I introduced carbs back in about a week or two before off completely and i'm up to 100-150 grams of carbs a day, 190 prot and rest in fats.

I have lost a little bit of leaness i believe but not gained or lost any weight. I stopped the EQ 1 week before the test, then waited the for the test E to clear, last HCG shot, then 3 days later went into pct. So little over 21 days for it to clear. I feel better now and into last couple weeks of nolva.

I think before giving you any advice, you should provide more details about your health. It is highly possible that you excluded an important detail, that might play a huge role here. I think people shouldn’t advise that quickly on health-related issues. Maybe instead, you could research more on the subject, and ask help from a professional. For example, I know this great website https://www.nutriving.com/ where you can read all sorts of articles and interesting information about health, nutrition and fitness. All the information I found there is very reliable. Definitely recommend to anyone here.
