You should inject it in the vain, along with 1cc of heroine. Come on man if you still asking questions like that then it is obvious you have done zero research, there for you should NOT be doing steroids. By the way how old are you?

Deca and all other AAS is done IM. you can use glutes. quads. delts.
HGH is done subQ but I think you dont need to go there yet. Also your not planning on just using Deca?........................11

Is this your first cycle? If it is just say and we can make a perfect cycle for you, what is your age and weight?

I'm not going to judge wether you should or shouldnt be using gear that is down to you but i will help you if you are ever stuck at least then you will be using the gear correctly, Try looking in the forums at PCT and other cycles also read some profiles on the forum.

Areas with more fat tend to give the highest levels of plasma concentrations. Thus, your glute would be the best place to start.

Most shoot AAS (anabolic-androgenic steroids) IM (intramuscular). There is however a few that have begun to shoot sub-q after the release of a couple recent studies showing that the pharmacokinetics (the way the drug works within the body) don't differ significantly from IM and there isn't a great deal of irritation after the injection site. Nevertheless, stick with the tried and true until more information has come about with sub-q injections.

HGH can be shot either IM or Sub-q. Most recommend sub-q in order to save the injection spots for their AAS.

reminds me of a very sad time in my life..but we won't talk about that..

deca made my workouts painless though..no joint pain at all..and I got decent gains from it..but I had to stop my cycle prematurely for personal reasons..lol
