Cramping

I am in construction. I workout every morning before work. Every single time I work my biceps they cramp all day long. Even with just normal activity, like picking up a pencil. I have hydrated until I can’t anymore and nothing I try helps. Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance.

I am on 200 mg test. Weekly. I guess it’s better described as a Charlie horse. My whole arm will lock up when I bend it. It feels REAL nice when I swing a hammer lol. It’s the weirdest thing, even on days that I don’t train them I can never fully flex my biceps without the locking up. Been like that as long as I can remember. I drink ALOT of pedialyte and probably 7 to 10 bottles of water a day. Thanks again guys for the feedback.

Have you had your hematocrit tested? For some reason when my RBC is high I cramp way way easier. Just something to consider. Also try buying som “Liqui IV” it’s a hydration pack you add to water that is actually pretty effective.

Thanks for the info. I’ve tried the liquid I.v. A couple times. It’s actually really good

Try taking Potassium and Magnesium vitamins. You can also try tonic water which has quinine that will help with cramping. Also make sure you eat enough carbs to "hold" the water.
I have been on a bulk for the past 2 months and it has gotten way better. Not all the way gone, but leaps and bounds better. Upped my test to 500 for about 12 weeks and gained a few pounds. So you absolutely may be right about the carbs.
