Cilantro Lime Dressing Recipe (BOMB)

Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo: 1 cup (100 cal) (1600 cal) (176g fat)
Kirkland Organic Greek Yogurt: 1 cup (133 cal) (9g carb, 24g protein)
Kirkland Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano: ½ cup (172cal) (12g fat, 16g protein)
1 large Lime (Juiced 2 fl. Oz.): 20 cal (5 g carb)
3 cloves garlic: 12 cal (3 carbs)
1 bunch cilantro (sems and all): 5 calories ish?
Salt to taste

Optional:
2 tsp chicken bouillon (with MSG) (10cal)

Blend to desired consistency. I like to do it just enough to where the cilantro is completely blended but there's still little chunks of Pamigiano Reggiano.

Yield: 4 cups (ish) (32fl oz) (64 tbsp)

30cal/tbsp (3g Fat, .26g Carb, .5g Pro)

Alternatives:
If you like El Pollo Loco's creamy cilantro dressing (I can drink the stuff) just replace the greek yogurt with another cup of Mayo. It tastes exactly the same!
Or you can go the other direction and replace the mayo with another cup of greek yogurt to make it super lean. I opt for the 50/50 recipe because its a nice median. It has great flavor with low calories.
