best supplement for dieting

what's sum of the best supplements legal or illegal for women to use to either loose weight and or reach that next plato of shape..I see a lot of women var users so var as a steroid and illegal seems to be one good choice..t3 is another I notice..

Clen/t3 is a good combo . My wife likes it with a small dose of var added in . Ive read hgh in small doses works well for females also but never tried it with her . Im to stingy with my hgh :D
