I dont have a strength issue, I have a size issue. Im on my feet all day for work. I can get a pump in the gym, but no soreness and no growth. Im currently doing 3-4 sets of 10 per leg exercise to see what happens. What are some of your guys leg routines?

They some kinda shock routine for a bit bro...look up some power lifting routines or try 100 rep sets for a bit. My job is mostly physical labor as well. We get that real world strength as well as gym strength...lol.

Look up the book Super Squats, Them will make your legs grow like a mofo.
I could give you the basic idea
Basically.... figure out how much weight you can do 10 reps until failure...
Then do 10 more, no racking the weight, but you can (you will) rest and take deep breaths.
Drop and do another.......and another....
20 reps total, 1 set... If your doing it right you should be able to finish all 20 in 45 min.
Example... You can squat 405 for 10 max! Then do 10 more.
You can do it, its just a motherfucker of a workout.
Within 2-4 weeks you will see some major changes!!!

I train HiT...I'm on an assembly line steel workers union shit 4x10s plus 10 hours mandatory on fridays...my legs get pumped in just 2-3 sets and getting size daily again

1. Hamstrings exercise 2 warm-ups, 1 work set (sometimes a work set becomes rest-pause or drop set on any exercise)
2. Calves 3 sets
3. Leg extensions same as #1
4. Hacks, squats, or presses 1x4-8, 1x20

That's it...I have a 2 day split I rotate and get as many sessions per week as I feel up to...some weeks I'm in gym 5 days but usually it's one day during work week and 1-3 days off work days

I was hoping someday somone would bring this up. I go to Gold's gym now and I see people doing the most bizarre exercises. I cant help but wonder how much longer it will be until they are getting knee surgery. I like Bolan's idea a lot and squats is where its at, followed by leg extensions for the quads, hamstring curls and calf raises.

I read somewhere that Kevin Levrone was training his legs 5 days a week or something like that

I’m guessing a different compound exercise every session?

That may be an extreme suggestion but hell it might shock you past a plateau

one time I did 3x a week M W F with a 1 compound move each day, a medium heavy set then a 20 rep killer set

did that for 4 or 6 weeks? Again just a “shock” type approach

Heck … go to ANY planet fitness anywhere in the USA and Canada and you’ll be certain to se people doing the most crazy moves you’ve never seen before

and they’ll be sure to be taking up all kinds of space and time doing it

Bro, my knees hurt just watching them. I don't know if they are finding this dumb shit on youtube or where. I really want to go over and tell them, they are destroying themselves. There is no secret to big legs. If you can do 5 reps with 515 lbs, there is no way your legs can not be big. We also wrap our knees, so thats added prtection. I am going to start getting videos of this shit they are doing. As you can imagine they don't have any muscle because it doesn't work.

I might try hack squats in the machine. Looks like the leg sled but opposite and mess with my foot placement see if i can target the hell out of quads.
