First time on cycle. Age 42. 165lb lean. Second week on cycle.
Using Sust 250 once a week at 250mg
Tbol 30mg ed
Armidex .5mg a week
extreme fatigue since using the armidex. Is that normal?

Probably crushed your estrogen, doubt you need an ai for 250 test. Drop the armidex and see how you feel

You’re probably right. I just stared taking it 2 days ago. Prior to taking it I was fine. Thanks for the advice.

If you started 2 days ago then I dont think thats the case.
.5mg of armidex will not crush your estrogen in 2 days.

I would drop it.

Bro how tall are you

What are your goals

And what’s your training and diet like

If you’d appreciate any advice from some veterans post up man

Mack

Hi Mack,

I’m 6’ 165 lean. I’m trying to bulk a bit but strength is my goal for now. I’m eating high calorie, carbs, and protein. About 3500 calories a day. 260-300 carbs a day and 200+ grams of protein. All sources are clean as possible. At 42 yrs old I’m really feeling my age. Im actually wondering how I can stay on cycle even if part of it is strictly for trt.

First things first...

To utilize the esters in Sust and maintain more even levels, it should be taken EOD, if not everyday.

Your adex connection to energy could be anecdotal, timed with some of the shorter esters falling off.

Only take the adex if blood tests indicate or you are symptomatic with sides. It's not an automatic, all the time thing with everybody.

Thanks for the advice! I’ll begin Ed on the sust to keep levels optimal
