Arimadex and estrogen control

This is a probably over thinking it’s not broken don’t fix it question. But for sake of remembering I’ve always taken my adex the days I take shots. Should I take it a day after. Give things time to actually aromatise? take test shots Monday and Thursday and I usually take adex or aromasin whatever I’m using those days. Since shots are Monday Thursday should I take the anti e tuesday and Friday. I’ve got too much time on my hands at work lately.

If you get bloodwork and need a little bit I would opt for aromasin I bumped up to about 700 test and I did 12.5mg of aromasin on mwf those happen to be the days I shoot but I don’t think it would really matter if you figure what you need and take that dose each week

Depends really on what you are taking. If you're running a short acting ester like a Propionate, then I can see some utility in getting a bit of a head start on your aromatase inhibitor by taking it the day before. But for long esters like Enanthate or Cypionate, taking an AI the same day as the jab is probably the way to go. At least that way it's easier to remember the schedule of what you are taking because they are taken together.

That’s what I’m saying it’s easy on the days you shoot to just remember and I’d have to imagine once you get it in control the days would be irrelevant at that point…I feel like smaller more frequent shots of any test ester you can build your weekly doses a little higher with no AI at least for a while

I prefer aromasin as well, guarantees no estro rebound. It has a 24hr half life so it’s pretty much cleared in 4 days. Taking 12.5mg on the days you take your shot and you’re covered. If not, bump it to 25mg. Whatever AI you take, I’d do it that way, I just like aromasin.

Yea and ideally I take as much test as I can with no AI or for as long as I can…I take 1/2ml test enth mwf with no AI really and I do mostly dht drugs with my test really sometimes I have to be careful not to crash my estrogen to be honest

ive ran literally 0 test with primo/masteron and felt great.
