Obviously you can body build without using any of those but have you looked into cervical disc replacement , stem cells or both before having anything fused

Theyre my favorite exercises but yes of course, tons of exercises i can still do...CDR to know my knowledge doesnt last as long like a cervical fusion does.

No because obviously one is basically permanent [ possibly reversible ] but the newer CDR are estimated to last between 30 and 50 years. Our neighbor had it done a year ago he said the surgery took only an hour. I see him jogging every morning which he had stopped for years before the surgery . At the very least I would do research talk to people and really look into it before getting anything fused That should be the last option if you're a candidate for others imo.

I've seen many people with the scar next to the wind pipe and they all seem to be doing well. I've had many lumbar surgeries and the docs told me to get back in the gym and workout as normal, but I can't really advise on cervical spine surgery.

Thanks, TenMan
