When i was going through your pics, i immediately noticed a big time improvement in the arms area.. You did a great job..
IMO(and i know it doesn't count, for shit.lol), but Rocko really made some ridiculous gains.. When i was putting his together, i was pretty blown away, at the mass he packed on, while getting a tad leaner.
I would be interested in knowing before/after weight of Rocko, and Myo. Both stayed lean/got leaner, so i am just curious as to the scale change.
You all did great though, and should be proud.

Mrs. V. you've been a real trooper hanging with us guys on a bulker contest. Unlike many others who take pop shots at the contestants' before and after pics and then fail to post up their own, you saw this through from start to finish AND this your second OLM contest. Good for you. It's been a pleasure watching your progress from the last contest to this one. Hope to see you participate on the next one.

I think EVERYONE made AWESOME changes and I DO MEAN EVERYONE...So one guy was big to begin with...OK?!?! And?!?! He STILL showed improvements...
And yes, when this started...I could bench press ( DONT LAUGH... ) 20 lbs...YEAH, 20 stupid pounds and was cussing my husband out for letting me be stupid enough to enter this contest...( Course I called him a few other choice words as well )...But yesterday at our workout...GUESS WHAT?!?! I benched 80 lbs with NO EFFORT AT ALL!!! My rows started at 30 lbs and I am at 95 lbs with NO reset yet...Legs??? Started at 80 lbs and yesterday pressed 240 lbs with NO reset yet...
So see, it doesn't matter WHAT changes someone made, big or little or WHAT poundage they can press...WE ALL DID GUUUUUUUUDDDDD....
And we SHOWED OUR FINAL RESULTS...
