I just buy the powder for each vitamin that I usually don't get. I buy Vitamin C, D3 powder for pennies compared to buying a multivitamin.

I use Animal Pak aswell, but Iím not sure itís high grade stuff.
The zinc and magnesium are oxides, which Iíve been lead to believe has a low absorption a rate.
Plus, the iodine comes from kelp. I canít remember where it read it, but that also isnít a great source to use either.

I actually just found a bottle of GNC Ultra Men's Greens daily vitamins in the cabinet that my buddy bought and I guess didn't use. It's plant derived multivitamins and is really kind of stacked in terms of ingredients. So I'm giving those a go at the moment.

Been taking Nutrabio Multisport for Men. I don't post much, but I had to give these guys a plug. I really like this multi and this brand in general. Not the cheapest, but at least you know what you're getting.
