Default First stack question

I'm 33 years old 5'10 240... Would like to cut obviously and build lean muscle. What would be a good first stack for me?

I suggest that you first run with AAS shouldnt be a cutting cycle.
Actually, I think its wrong to do so.

I think a first cycle should be test only and 500mg or so a week.
Make sure you eat a lot since it should be the best cycle you ever have.
You should put on some serious muscle if you do it right.

If you are sloppy fat I would stay natural and drop the carbs, up the protein and cardio and weights

Melt off all the fat then run a bulker that's not obnoxiously dirty

Then I'd run like a good test deca dbol (hell ya all 3 first timer!)

500mg test - 200-300 mg deca weekly - and 20 mg Dbol for 6 weeks daily

12 week minimum run bet 16 to 20 will bring on some gains!

Cutting? For me cutting means maintaining the muscle I have wile dropping bf,but the drugs are NOT the main ingredient, diet and cardio along with your gym routine, which for me is 6x week when cutting is the deciding factor along with consistency and determination, there's no magic pill that will cut bf and mauntaun muscle, everyone is different, it's a trial and error for each of us to get it right for our own bodies, with that said, primo and anavar are your best bets to maintain while in a calorie deficit , most AAS require you to be in a calorie surplus and are a waste of $$ to use while cutting for the average gym rat, if your gonna compete it's a whole different story

Is this your 1st cycle or first stack ?
1st cycle Id do like said above Test only 400-500mg wK 12-15wks. Diet and cardio will be key for you.
40% pro 40% clean carbs 20% good fats 1.5 X your body weight for total cals and spread out over 6 meals. Cardio 3x wk 20-30 min to start and go up as needed.
If not your 1st cycle then Test (400-500)t/EQ 600mg wk 12-15wks
The EQ will help build lean keepable muscle and endurance for cardio.
Keep it simple diet is the key here.............11
