Default Looking for best liver support combo & bang for your $

Ive been doing some research on liver support and the best product I found so far is LIVERMD BY 1MD. Its a little pricey. Is this hands down the best and only one to use or are there as good or better alternatives? Here's a link to the artcle that supports it as the best;

https://smarter-reviews.com/lp/liver...4aAjMcEALw_wcB

Its key ingredients are ;

LiverMD contains two powerful, clinically studied ingredients: Evnol, which is a clinical strength tocotrienol, and Siliphos, the bioavailable active ingredient in milk thistle. LiverMD is also formulated with zinc, selenium, and other important minerals that work together to help detox and repair your liver.

This was one of the only products that we could verify had no hidden additives, fillers, or artificial ingredients. It was also one of the only liver health supplements that was third-party tested.

NAC is very helpful in liver function. Highly recommend it from my own bloodwork and working in pharmacy for 13 years(not a pharmacist but have many in my circle). Herbal stuff is hit or miss. Very few things I supplement with but if its usable as a spice I add to food.

TUDCA. Studies prove it works. My own experience it's the only thing that actually keep my liver enzymes in check. I usually get blood work done mid and end cycle. TUDC was the only liver support that works for me.All the other stuff is a waste.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Milk Thistle
Beet Root Extract

Also some people swear by injectable Glutiathone, but i have personally never used it to vouch for it.

They offer it for 100 bucks a drip by me. If my liver enzymes are increased next blood draw, gonna try it 3x a week.

Seems its all just a gamble since none of the liver support supplements have been scientifically proven to work. Best support I read about to help the liver and kidney fuction is drink plenty of water to help flush them out. I don't see paying as much for kidney an liver support as I do for a cycle of aas without any proof they work.

Just got me a kilo NAC and 6 month supply tudca 500mg/day off ebay. I always get liver test on every blood panel every 1-2 months so I will notice if m ALT, AST, ALP, ALBUMIN, BILIRUBIN make any improvements. They are usually on the high side and some borderline of being over. Maybe I will see an improvement.

I thought about trying milk thistle also but figured if these 2 do a good job alone thistle may be a waste of $.

Is it ok to mix this stuff with creatine and taken around a meal?

If its not really high, its not going to kill you in one month.

I ran methyltren last meet and my AST/ALT were like 193/96. It was back to 36/30 in 2 1/2 weeks.

How about the other values like bilirubin etc?

I wouldnt think nac and tudca could keep ast/alt down while on methyl tren but maybe.
