So today was my final deload Bench day of the week.

Tuesday we turn it up a bit.

I did the following on close grip paused bench:

45x8
95x5
135x3
185x2
3x5 210 Sub RPE 5

V Handle Tricep Pushdown:
3x20 90lbs RPE Nothing

Wide Grip Cable Rows:
3x20 45lbs RPE Nothing

Lat Pulldowns:
3x20 50lbs RPE Nothing

Today was day 1 of prep for my wifeís bench.

She hit the following, all sub RPE 5:

Barbell Flat Bench:
3x15 50lbs Paused

Flat Dumbbell Bench:
3x25 15s Paused

V Handle Triceps Pushdown:
3x20 40lbs

Today was bench day for myself, I did relatively decent. I hit the following on competition bench/plates with comp commands:

I weighed in at 83kg.

Flat Bench:

44x8
110x5
165x3
220x1
253x1
275x6

Wide Grip Pull ups:
2x10 No Assistance
2x15 60lbs assistance

V Handle Cable Rows:
4x15 110lbs (cake)

Dumbbells Curls:
20lbs for 15
30lbs for 15
40lbs for 10
45lbs for 7

We pushed the meet back 2 weeks. Iíll be competing at a huge meet in bare knees. Also, my wife wonít be competing because the meet will be big and streamed.

Today I have to work up to a set of 556/252.5kg on deadlift for AMRAP.

I pulled up to 556/252.5kg for 4.9 reps and injured my knee on mobility stretches.

Iím forced to take off the next 12 days and Iíll be starting my prep on March 5th as I prep for the Hybrid Performance Summer Slam. I have decided to do bare knee again as WRPF only allows 2.5m wraps.

My wife worked up to a smooth single with 192/87.5kg on squat and called it after that.

Today started day 1, week 1 of meet prep for myself.

I did the following:

3x12 195 paused bench
4x20 20lbs Dumbbell curls
4x20 80lbs V Handle Tricep Pushdown

Today was my first deadlift day of prep, I did the following:

135x5
225x3
315x2
405x1
455x12 without straps

VHandle Cable Rows:

4x20 125lbs

Pull ups:
3x7 bodyweight, strict form.

Today was squats, it was nothing heavy as Iím still getting used to Ben Pollackís talon grip. I did the following:

45x8
135x4
225x2
275x5
