Good advice Mack
I eat 6 times a day, at least 2 are protein shakes with the proper ratios of Pro, Carbs fat just because of my work I just cant eat 6 meals. My meals are spread out 2.5 - 3 hrs apart. On work out I go between meals and sometimes I'll eat after a workout and sometimes a shake. Just get the nutrition in you, train and rest and the rest will take care of it's self......11

Couldn't have said it better myself. Most supplements are a big waste money, it's the marketing that lures people in. I eat whole foods and the only time I take anything is post workout when I slam 2 scoops of whey with a cup of oatmeal and a banana. Whey is the only supp I use because supplements are just that, a "supplement" to your regular foods. People fall into these marketing traps and end up eating 2 meals a day and drinking 3-4 protein shakes mixed with XYZ aminos, blah blah blah in lieu of a whole foods which is a big mistake. They drink these pre, intra, post, infinity drinks thinking it actually makes a difference. Guess what? The $40 you just spent on that BCAA drink could've gotten you a vial of tren, which I guarantee will give you results vs your amino drink. But to each their own, it's your money so spend it as you wish.

While I agree with you as a general statement, meal timing when running Slin with GH does matter and does make a difference post workout, I can tell you for a fact it makes a huge difference for me

I am on them lenny and larrys protein cookies. Taste great and are easy to eat as I am walking out the gym. they have 2:1 ratio
