Havenít been posting any of my workouts because Iím busy 24/7.

Today was deadlifts and back:

Myself:

Deadlifts
135x3
225x2
315x1
365x10
405x3
455x3
495x3
545x3

Hammer Strength Combo Twist:

45x10
90x10
135x10

Lat Pulldown:
85x20
130x12
160x8

Cable Low Rows:
85x10
115x10
145x10
175x10

I started training with Pete Rubish again and the goal is to get me into Boss of Bosses 6 in August. February 26th is my birthday and Pete wants me to pull 661/300kg on my birthday.

Thanks, today was relatively easy. I did the following:

Deadlifts:
135x4
225x2
315x1
405x1
475 2 sets of 3
475 for a set of 3 to 8 but I did 9 because I canít count

Paused deadlifts:
385x6

High Bar Squats:
45x5
135x3
185x1
235x10 Cake Walk
235x5 Cake Walk


Tomorrow I have the following:

Paused Bench:

235 5x3
235 AMRAP
5x20 DB Alternating Hammer Curls with 20s
3x15 RPE 7-8 Face Pulls

Today I had bench and DEADlifts.

Bench:
45x8
135x5
185x2
225 4x6 followed by 8

Deficit deadlifts:

135x3
225x2
315x1
430x11
430x7

Followed by a trip to the hospital for Rhabdomyolysis.

Today was dumbbell bench and I did the following:
3x10 75s paused
75x20 (AMRAP, no pause)

5x18 60lbs EZ bar reverse curls
3x20 115lbs rear delts

Yesterday was deadlifts and squats and I did the following:

Deadlifts
135x5
225x3
315x2
405x1
495 2x4 followed by 495x7 AMRAP

Paused deadlifts
405x6

Squats:
45x5
135x3
185x2
225x1
265x10, 5

Today was Bench and I did the following:

45x8
135x5
185x2
225x1
5x3 265 followed by 265x6

Alternating hammer curls
5x20 25s

Face pulls
3x20 paused with 60lbs
