So last night I said fuck it after getting my promotion and pay raise officially.
I ended up buying a membership for a strongman/powerlifting gym. Today I have the following: 275/125kg 4x5 high bar squat 143/65kg SSB 4x5 squats 253/115kg 4x8 trap bar deadlifts It’s my final deload before the last stretch of peaking. Edit: I ended up doing 275/125kg 4x5 high bar 253/115kg SSB 4x5 253/115kg 4x8 trap bar deads then worked up to a heavy single with 612.2/277.75kgish. Ok so today was chest day, my wife and I are currently 5 1/2 weeks out from our next meet. We got a new gym membership so we started training on competition bars, plates, equipment.
My wife worked up to the following: 44x6 66x3 88x3 99x1 104.7/47.5kg 5x2 (Not pushing her to complete failure 88x10 I did the following: 44x6 132x3 176x3 220/100kg 4x6 (worked on extra long pauses)

Today was deadlifts, my wife did the following:
132/60kg for 5 165/75kg for 1 198/90kg for 5x2 I did the following: 264/120kg for 2 375/170kg for 1 485/220kg for 1 617/280kg for 1 (bar slipped to my finger tips at knees and tore my hand apart at lockout)

I have squats in the morning and I’m going to be adding Methyltren to my cycle for the final 4 1/2 weeks.
My cycle will be the following: 250mg test 2iu HGH (dropped from 2.5iu since I switched jobs) 250mcg Methyltren upon waking (1 hour before workouts) and 250mcg later in the evening. Let’s see how light weight squats go tomorrow.

LETS FUCKING GO! Today is moderate bench for myself and heavy deadlifts for my wife.
I’ll be working up to 303/137.5kg for an easy 2 or 3 and my wife will working up to a single with 231253.

I worked up to 303/137.5kg for 3 and my wife stopped at 231/105kg. She’s down about 14lbs since our meet less than 13 weeks ago.

I did the following on bench: 45x8 135x3 185x1 225x1 245x1 I didn’t do deadlifts. My wife did the following: 45x5 65x3 95x1 (massive meet PR should happen if all goes as planned) Deadlifts: 135x3 155x2 185x1 (massive PR coming especially since she is down 15lbs since last meet)

My 15 year old client: Squat: 363/165kg 3 red lights (jumped squat command) 385/175kg 3 white lights 407/185kg 3 red lights (I grabbed him to avoid potential injury and he missed the Teen WR) Bench: 220/100kg 3 white lights 242/110kg 3 white lights 259/117.5kg 3 white lights Deadlift: 442/200.5kg 3 white lights Teen 14/15 World Record 479/217.5kg 3 white lights raised his Teen 14/15 World Record and secured Teen 14/15 Total world record also 501/227.5kg went for broke, didn’t get higher than shins Total 1124/510kg. It didn’t go as planned, he hurt his back 6 weeks out from meet day and couldn’t lift for 3 weeks. Myself: Now this is where the fun begins! Squats: 407/185kg 3 white lights 446/202.5kg 3 white lights, (2.5kg meet PR) increased my Military World Record 462/210kg 3 white lights, (10kg meet PR) raised my world record even more Bench: 303/137.5kg 3 white lights 319/145kg 3 white lights (5kg meet PR) 330/150kg 3 white lights (10kg meet PR) Deadlift: 551/250kg 3 white lights (secured military total World Record) 584/265kg 3 white lights (raised my deadlift world record, total world record and secured my 410 Wilks that I wanted) 617/280kg I went for broke and..... GOT 3 WHITE LIGHTS! (Raised my deadlift and total world record even more. Secured a 420 Wilks) Total: 1410/640kg. 40kg meet PR!

Tomorrow morning starts the off season. Our next scheduled meet in sometime in February or March if the plans go through since the meet is about 25 minutes away.
My wife and I are going to continue the same methods we did for this previous prep, carry it into the offseason and into prep for this meet. My goals are kind of insane but let’s fucking do it! Goals for my wife: 225/102.5kg squat 143/65kg Bench 275/125kg deadlift 644/292.5kg total which would be a 37.5kg meet PR Goals for myself: 529/240kg squat 363/165kg Bench 661/300kg deadlift 1554/705kg total which would be a 65kg meet PR.
