Default Road to 700lbs deadlift

Ok so about 3 months ago I had my back issue fixed (somewhat) and I started training with my friend and coach Pete Rubish. I'm on week 5 of his training and my gains have been amazing. I just started a blast 2 weeks ago so I know it hasn't kicked in yet. My goal 1RM in 3 weeks is 635 (stiff bar) and my next training cycle (11 weeks) is 675. I'm feeling extra good recently and my bodyweight is back up. Here is my training log for Tuesday and I will be posting my routine every workout.

Tuesday 10/3:
495 4x2 Beltless
495x5,3,2 Beltless
275 3x5 45 degree back raises

Ok so today was my speed day. I am closing in on my max out day so my accessory movement has dropped somewhat. I hurt my groin about 10 weeks and just started squatting 5 weeks ago so my strength is shit but here's my work for today:

385x1 ATG Paused Squat (2 seconds)
335 5x3 ATG Paused Squat (2 seconds)
385 5x2 Paused Deadlift (2 seconds)

He just recently started up with some conjugate type shit, not sure at the moment. He was pretty much solo since he stopped training with Josh Bryant when he first started juicing.

Nice I have been doing somewhat conjugate and def works great mixing the movements up slightly but I don't like avoiding the actual lift as much as some for exp Westside lifters advocate ... Attempted 7 while back came up so quick and actually felt light but I couldnt get shoulders back and hips locked...Few weeks later hit 645x3 rm so Im sure its just a matter of picking the right day and fixing my lockout.. I have a charity event meet where everyone deads this week where I hope to hit clean 7 and then DEC a meet where Im hoping to hit 725 with a few programming tweaks

I was feeling good today. I didn't stick to my game plan today and I pulled my hamstring pretty good but I attempted 585 after and it went up. Time to let it heal before next week.

Yeah wasn't what I expected. I know a bunch of other insta-famous lifters and most are arrogant as fuck.

I hadn't pulled heavy since June but surprised myself with 585. I think he pulled 832.

Ok so I pulled 545 for a total of 5 reps and then I did 3x5 455 backdown sets all beltless. I have new straps and smelling salts on the way. I should be good for a 605+ deadlift (stiff bar) on Tuesday.

I trained with Bob Politicha for many years, and also had some training sessions with Ed Coan whom is a good friend of Bob's.
Once a week, (We did it on Saturdays) we would lift off of either 6" blocks, or 8" blocks. They always stated, by doing so, you could do 25-30% over your 1 rep max, and thus your body would try to compensate for the over-kill so-to-speak of weight moved, and your fast twitch muscle fibers would re-generate at a faster level , and also train your body for moving greater weights.
I actually increased my dead over 100 pounds in less than a year this way

Nice. I'm attempting a 600lb pull on Thursday (stiff bar).

My current gym is a piece of shit like a half step above Planet Fitness. I wish we had blocks, deadlift bars, chains, bands.
