So last night I said fuck it after getting my promotion and pay raise officially.
I ended up buying a membership for a strongman/powerlifting gym. Today I have the following: 275/125kg 4x5 high bar squat 143/65kg SSB 4x5 squats 253/115kg 4x8 trap bar deadlifts It’s my final deload before the last stretch of peaking. Edit: I ended up doing 275/125kg 4x5 high bar 253/115kg SSB 4x5 253/115kg 4x8 trap bar deads then worked up to a heavy single with 612.2/277.75kgish. Ok so today was chest day, my wife and I are currently 5 1/2 weeks out from our next meet. We got a new gym membership so we started training on competition bars, plates, equipment.
My wife worked up to the following: 44x6 66x3 88x3 99x1 104.7/47.5kg 5x2 (Not pushing her to complete failure 88x10 I did the following: 44x6 132x3 176x3 220/100kg 4x6 (worked on extra long pauses)

Today was deadlifts, my wife did the following:
132/60kg for 5 165/75kg for 1 198/90kg for 5x2 I did the following: 264/120kg for 2 375/170kg for 1 485/220kg for 1 617/280kg for 1 (bar slipped to my finger tips at knees and tore my hand apart at lockout)

I have squats in the morning and I’m going to be adding Methyltren to my cycle for the final 4 1/2 weeks.
My cycle will be the following: 250mg test 2iu HGH (dropped from 2.5iu since I switched jobs) 250mcg Methyltren upon waking (1 hour before workouts) and 250mcg later in the evening. Let’s see how light weight squats go tomorrow.

45x5 135x3 225x2 315x1 405x5 My wife hit the following: 45x5 75x3 95x2 115x1 135x1 155 3x2 (easy, still had another double or two left)

Me: Flat Bench 44/20kg x 8 154/70kg x 4 198/90kg x 2 220/100kg x 1 242/110kg x 9 American Press Bar 38lbs x 5 128lbs x 5 178lbs x 1 218lbs x 7 My wife: Flat Bench 44/20kg x 6 66/30kg x 4 88/40kg x2 99/45kg x 1 106.9/48.5kg 6x2 and 7th set AMRAP of 5 American Press Bar 38lbs x 5 58lbs x 5 88lbs x 5

Today was deadlifts for both of us, she hit the following:
154/70kg x 3 176/80kg x 2 198/90kg x 1 209/95kg for 6x1 with a few left in the tank I hit the following: All beltless 209/95kg 2x1 374/170kg x 1 507/230kg for 8x1 507/230kg x 4

Bench 44/20kg x 6 66/30kg x 4 82/37.5kg x 2 99/45kg x 1 110/50kg 7x1 (more singles left in the tank) Squats 55/25kg x 5 88/40kg x 3 110/50kg x 2 132/60kg x 1 154/70kg x 1 165/75kg 4x1 (few more left in the tank) I hit the following: Squats 55/25kg x 5 165/75kg x 3 275/125kg x 2 341/155kg x 1 385/175kg 3x2 429/195kg x 1 RPE 8 Bench 44/20kg x 8 154/70kg x 3 220/100kg x 1 242/110kg x 1 264/120kg x 1 275/125kg 4x1 308/140kg (meet PR, RPE 7)
