Default High fats/ low carbs to build muscle

Anyone try using 40/40/20 ratio for bulking or cutting? 20 being carbs? I would use the carbs around my workout to restore glycogen levels. Should help with bloat when bulking and help keep the fat down. Input?

I'm the type that can blow up very fast if I dont monitor my carb intake. With that being said ive.tried just about every diet under the sun for shits and giggle and I can say without that a mixed diet 30/30/30 is probably the best in terms of feeling good and looking your best. With carbs you really need to just stay away from the sugars or processed ones. If the right carbs sources are used in just the right amount you can bulk but also achieve leanness by being able to train with intensity that you just can't on a low carb higher fat protein diet.

So recap 30/30/30. Use overall calories to bulk or cut.
