Default Need Help with easy Nutrition

Hello guys... Been a while since I posted. I need help with extremely quickly prepared nutrition for my day due to a hectic work schedule. Something, if there exists, without cooking, or long prep time. I work about 14-15 hour days. I am 6í4Ē, 275 pounds.. Running 750ml Test cyp., 750 Tren ace, 750 primobolin. I do winny inject, 3-4 times a week 250ml each. 4iu GH a day.. when hunger hits me.. man, itís like Iím about to go down.. sometimes I get so hungry, it actually hurts.. lol.. I am 43 years old. The thing thatís killing me, is the hunger isnt only so insatiable, however if I donít get the calories Iím like a zombie. Forgot to add 50mcgs of T3

Peaunut butter by the spoonful.

Keep several jars handy.

Greek yogurt eat them 2 at a time several times per day.

Get a quality chromium supplement

I love peanut butter.. It makes me feel full as well.. I have that in my bag right now.. but canít I get sloppy with that ?

Peanuts are a great natural source of l-arginine

I get fuller pumps at the gym when I eat a few tbsps of peanut butter pre workout

If you can find them I eat these new dried Chickpea snacks I get at a store by me. They are only 1.99 and have like 21 grams of protein and 40 grams of carbs per bag. Something like 5g of fat. It's my go to snack on the tower right now.
