You do realize peaking and blasting Tren using regular plates is way different than a slow bulk non peaked on calibrated plates?

Today was light deadlifts. I focused on perfecting my form, pushing off the floor and not yanking it.

I worked up to 5x2 500lbs.

405x4

So I officially decided today that Iím doing a meet in November. My cycle will be as follows:

250mg Singani Test courtesy of EK
4iu GH from SR Health Tech
50mg anadrol from SR Health Tech


My goals are nothing insane:
485lb/220kg squat
319/145kg bench
606/275kg deadlift

I wonít be cutting more than a pound or 2. Iím currentlly waking around 194-195.

Today I started with a light bench workout.
245 3x4 Flat Bench - Final set sub RPE 6
165 3x5 Incline - All sets sub RPE 3
50s 3x12 DB incline/flat - RPE too low to count, just wanted some easy volume
120 3x12 tricep pushdown - RPE too low
100 3x15 Pec Deck - RPE too low

I did this workout post intense cardio and just wanted an quick and easy pump.
Next week I start prep officially.

365x1 RPE 4.5
3x7 275 RPE 7 or below

Front squats:

45x3
135x2
185x1
225x1
275x1
315x1 RPE 9

Today was my 2nd bench day of the week and it is speed bench. All reps were paused.

I hit the following:

Flat bench:

45x10
135x3
185 3x3

Incline:

45x8
135x3
185x1
225x1 RPE 4
185x10 RPE 7

Flat DB:

50s 3x10 Easy reps, just a pump

Incline DB:

50s 3x10 cake walk, just chasing a light pump

2 different angle cable flyers:

50 lbs per side, 3x20

Triceps Pushdown:
70x15
110x15
150x15 - easy work, just a pump.

585x1 RPE 7
4x7 365 All sub RPE 5 with only 30-60 seconds rest between sets

Today was bench with pauses.

I did my bench session fasted upon waking. It was a hypertrophy day and I did the following:

Flat Bench

45x10
135x5
185x2
225x1
275x1
295x1 RPE 5-6
225 3x7 RPE 7 or below

Incline

45x6
95x3
135x2
185x1 RPE too low
135 3x7 RPE 5 or below

Cable Flyes (2 different angles)

80 3x20

Today was deadlifts, I worked up to 585x1@ RPE 6.5ish and did some backdown sets with 405. I did the following:

135x5
225x2
315x2
405x1
495x1
585x1
405x15
405x10
405x5

Cardio held me back on the 405 sets.

On Wednesday I did some squats and they didnít go as planned because my hip was tight and Iíve been busy stretching it. I hit a top single of 445 @ RPE 8ish.

45x8
135x5
225x2
315x1
365x1
405x1
445x1
405x2 (Was too tight to finish my backdown sets so I stopped after my first set)


In about 14 hours I will squat again and do my leg accessory work.

405 3x2 backdown sets

Did some leg extensions and calf raises and called it a day, I had to train on an empty stomach.

Incline Bench:

Flat DB Bench:
60s for 30 reps.

Yesterday I trained at Hybrid Performance Method again, I worked up to the following:

429/195kg for a triple on Squat
308/140kg for a double on Bench
551/250kg for a triple without straps on Deadlifts

Today I did calves like crazy. I did crazy 8s, itís like 21s but for calves. I did 3 sets of those followed by 4 sets of standing calf raises, 4 sets calf raises on horizontal leg press followed by 3 sets seated calf raises.

Iím training back tomorrow, which will be the following:

4x8 pull ups
4x10 seated low rows
4x10 Lat Pulldowns
4x10 curl bar pulldowns
4x30 Rear Delt Flyes
4x30 Face Pulls
