I do strict keto with 1 cheat meal a week, fast for around 3 hours when I get up eat biggest meals at right before bed( I train at night). Works very well. Anything more specific would be happy to answer. 50 years old 235 with around 7% body-fat, But I am a hyper responder to keto. I can grow while losing fat at the same time. Also tren is your best friend for the feedlot efficiency it imparts.
