Long story but going through a divorce and as anyone who has done it, can fuck you up royally.
I'm on 130 MG trt every 4 days (prescribed).
Some days I can eat some I can't. Suggestions on helping me get better food intake. By eating I mean usually 4 meals in and bad days 3... I know throwing another shake in is one way but have any of you been through this and found a solution? About the only good thing is my workouts seem to still be OK.
